  • The initial login requires the use of the temporary credentials sent to you. Follow these steps in the desktop view to activate your account:

    1. Access the login page using one of the following links:

    • For users outside of China: https://login.thebhive.net

    • For users inside of China: https://login.thebhive.cn

    2. Once you enter the temporary credentials you received, you will be asked to introduce a new password, please do so, and you will be able to access the account.

    3. Please saved the new password set by you, since you will need it for the future access to the account and BHive App

  • We are happy to change the username for you. For this we kindly ask you to send the cur-rent account’s username and the name and email address of the username you want us to change/add it to support@thebhive.net

  • If case you need to change password, please go to the login page, and click on the “Forgot Password” link. Enter the account username, submit the request, and wait for the “Reset Password” email. Click on the provided link in the email, note that this will only be valid for 15minutes and follow the instructions to set the new password. Ensure to check your spam folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox.

  • Please make sure to use the correct email address, which you can access, when using the “forgot password” tool. Otherwise, you will not be able to receive the forgot password message. Please also check your spam folder for the email.

  • Reasons you might be unable to log in:

    1. In the case that you just received your temporary log in credentials, and they are not immediately working. Please make sure that you do not copy and paste any space keys into the password field from the original email. Otherwise, the system cannot recognize it. You are then asked to change your password - please do so. You can then use the new password for future logins, and use it on the App.

    2. If you forgot your renewed password, please kindly use our forgot password tool on login.thebhive.net (outside of China), login.thebhive.cn (inside of China)

    3. If your account shows as disabled, this might be related to an overdue payment. Please contact support@thebhive.net and our accounting team will check internally.
