Under “Analytics & Reports” please click on “My Analytics”. Here you can view and compare your compliance performance. You can select from a list of standards/brand requirements which reference you want to use to compare your compliance level and filter your search based on time periods.

The BHive Corrective Action Plans support you in improving the performance of your chemical inventories.

1. Go to “My Inventories” and then “Overview” to view your inventories.

2. Click on “Summary” to view your monthly inventory and check your compliance level.

3. Filtering your inventory for “unverified” products. To add a chemical to a CAP, you can click on the “Select” box next to the chemical.

4. At the bottom of the page, click on “Add to CAP” button.

5. To view the chemicals added to CAP, please click on “Corrective Action Plans” under Performance Management.

6. Here click on “Show/Edit” on the right side of the screen. Please select the type of remediation you wish to implement:substitute, stop, update compliance information, add CAS number.

7. Following, per each remediation chosen, fill in the CAP information by adding a deadline and CAP status to your action.

8. Kindly note that if you chose Substitution you can:

   1. Option 1: Contact the same chemical supplier to ask for certification information, if none is available ask for a substitute

   2. Option 2: Contact another partnered chemical supplier for a substitute

   3. Option 3: Look for positive list from standard holders (e.g., Scivera, Oeko-Tex, Bluesign, etc. or from chemical suppliers)

To improve your data performance please add your chemicals to a Corrective Action Plan.
